Who we are
AgentDocs is an agent-first office suite operated by Smart Forge Ltd, Company No. 16510555, registered in England & Wales. Contact: hello@getagentdocs.com.
What we collect
- Your Google account email + name, via Google sign-in (through WorkOS AuthKit), used only to authenticate you and own your items.
- The content you or your AI agent create in AgentDocs (documents, sheets, databases, etc.).
- Operational/audit logs (e.g. who created, edited, shared, published, or deleted an item, and which client) for security and integrity.
How it's used
To provide the service — store and serve your items, enforce access control, and let your AI agent read/write them at your direction. We do not sell personal data, and we do not show ads.
Your AI agent
When you connect AgentDocs to Claude or ChatGPT, that AI client reads and writes your items under your control via the connector. AgentDocs does not send your content to AI providers on its own.
Sharing & publishing
Items are private by default. You may share with specific people by email (read-only or edit), or publish a public read-only link — both only when you choose to. Public/published items are readable by anyone with the link (and, if indexable, by search engines).
Sub-processors
Railway (hosting + Postgres database), Cloudflare (CDN/proxy), WorkOS (authentication/AuthKit; Google sign-in flows through WorkOS), Stripe (payments).
Where & retention
Stored in a Postgres database on Railway (US). Items you delete are recoverable for 30 days then permanently removed. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Security
HTTPS everywhere, OAuth 2.0 sign-in, per-user access control, audit logging.
Your rights
Request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by emailing the contact above. (UK/EU GDPR-aware.)
